1Why use ESDIAC?
ESDIAC provides affordable international calling without needing a new SIM card or subscription. It offers a user-friendly app with clear call quality.
2How does Esdiac Work?
Esdiac App allows you to call your contacts directly. After downloading the app and click on the register button to create an account on the App. If you are an iPhone user, choose your choice of verification, either sms or phone call. If your choice is a phone call, you will receive a call, asking to verify your number by pressing 1. Then your account is set up automatically. If your choice is sms, you will receive a four digit pin, type it in and your account is set up. For Android users, your phone number is verified automatically. Buy your call credit and call as much as you want. You have a free $1 call credit once you successfully register and it does not expire.
3How does Esdiac protect my Privacy?

Installation and activation

1How do I install the ESDIAC App on my Android phone?

2How do I install the ESDIAC App on my iPhone?
You can download the app from the App Store.
3Can I use my account on multiple devices?
Yes you can, but you need the sim you used to register the account to be active and for security reasons, verification will be sent to your phone to ensure that you are the owner of the account about to be accessed on another device.

Usage and features

1Does the ESDIAC App replace my current mobile service provider or plan?
No, it does not replace your current provider or plan. The app requires a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.
2Can I use the ESDIAC App when I am abroad?
Yes, you can use it internationally with a strong Wi-Fi connection or using data from your mobile. To avoid roaming charges, ensure cellular data is turned off unless included in your plan.
3Can I call people who are not on Esdiac?
Absolutely! Esdiac gives you the service to call internationally to your contacts who do not have the app, it calls directly to your contact's phone regardless of the type of device they have. It simply calls directly to the receiver's phone and all at a low rate.
4Can I make calls without the internet?
No. You can't, you need an internet connection to power the app, but the app only uses at the lowest data to function.
5Can I still use the App if I changed my phone number?
Yes you can, provided you don't log out of your account and do not change your phone.
6I lost my device! How can I deactivate my account?
Please Contact our Customer Service so we can Deactivate your Account. You can email us at customerservice@esdiacapp.com.
7Is it a must to transfer my contact list to Esdiac?
Esdiac collects permission from you to import your contact from your phone to the app. It is not mandatory but we recommend you do to make your experience using the app smooth and fun.

Call credit can be purchased directly through the app using various payment methods available in your region and on the website.
2 How do you protect my credit card information with ESDIAC?
All transactions are conducted with high-level security standards and SSL encryption. Card information is encrypted before storage on secure servers.
